    Jenny Feeding

    Happy Family

There you have the cute happy family, too bad you can't see Ryan's face.  He doesn't like pictures.

    Auntie Sus and Abbi

My little turkey neice and I.

I promised myself that when I have neices and nephews and all that I wouldn't go on and on about them and bore everyone to death.  So, here are the pictures -- If you want more details I guess you'll just have to ask questions.

Oh yeah, my favorite thing about Abigail so far. . . I love the way she cries, it's so cute.

    Yay, the uploading worked!

  • Currently Listening: The Weak's End

    Well, I finally did it. . .

I have been talking about changing my hair color for a very long time.  I finally bought the dye, let my sister put it on, rinsed it out, and like most dyes it did not turn the color it was supposed to.  It was supposed to be some kind of dark auburn brown.  To me, it looks a beautiful shade of brown plum.  It's kind of a punkish color, or a gothish color. . . so, a new me.  I'm not sure yet if it fits my personality but I guess it will just have to until I decide to do something about it, (which I may never decide, so, I may have purple tips on my hair next summer. How exciting would that be?)

My dad doesn't like it.  At all.  He has said that the reason people are always changing their appearances, is because they are unhappy with the way God made them.  I think everyone is unhappy with something about themselves.  (Well most young folk that I know anyway.)  So, how much is too much?  To what extent should we go around trying to change the way we look outwardly?  I know all of this is mainly opinion and just a matter of different sets of beliefs that each of us have grown up with.

Well, since there is so much to be done. . . Turkeys, casseroles, pies, vegetables, breakfast cereals, all kinds of good stuff to cook then I really should be going and getting some sleep.  I hope all of you have a wonderful holiday away from the daily grind of things that slowly make you age and mature.  :) I hope that you all get sleep.  It is a cherished possession.  I also hope that one day I can get on here and think through what I'm posting about and say something that's worth reading.

    Anyway, until next time!

  • Well, here's another update. . . I'm in Chattanooga, once more.  It seems this is the only time I have to update because I really have nothing else to do while I wait on classes.

For all of you wonderful Bryan people out there I will be up your way tomorrow.  (November 21)  I don't know how many of you are there and not already gone for Thanksgiving.  But I will be coming over to see everyone, (I'm off work all week! Yay!)

Well I'll write more later, its almost time for class.

    EDIT *10:25 am*

I am really looking forward to having this week off.  I didn't finish everything that I was supposed to do before Thanksgiving so I will probably have to go in to work an hour or two tomorrow, but at least I get to sleep in and all of that good stuff.

Can I just say though that http://www.harryanddavid.com is a good place to go for gifts.  I had to order all the gifts for our customers from there.  It's a good place.

Class is starting again, woo hoo.

    Edit *12:45 pm*

Lunch break. . . It is cold and was snowing as I went through the Wendy's drive through to get my lunch.  I wish it would really snow like it used to when I was a wee tot livin' in the mountains.

Well I think all I'm doing now is rambling.  I don't really have a lot to say, my life hasn't had any exciting things happen.  (Other than our youth group hiking Mt. Laconte last weekend, nothing eventful happened though.  The top of the mountain was foggy so we couldn't see anything.  We had a good time though.)

Oh yeah, I don't know how many of you like Jack Black but I saw his new movie "Nacho Libre" this past weekend.  I wasn't sure what to expect or even if I wanted to watch it.  But I did, (actually my whole family did, including Dad and Mom, which was a surprise) and even more of a surprise was that it turned out to acually not have anything in it.  I was ready to stop watching a couple of times but it was okay.  However, if you like movies with any kind of deep meaning, don't look for the deep meaning.  It has a good story line but it's not a unique story line.  My opinion, the movie is good for laughs with friends.  (Our youth group watched it last night, my parents and family watched it Saturday).

Okay, enough about crazy things that no one wants to hear about.
